Be Accountable

If you schedule a session, it belongs to you.

If you need to cancel your session. Then I’m going to need 24 hours notice.

If you schedule a session and don’t show up or cancel at the last minute…I can’t afford to do business with you.*

*Because I work by appointment only, no shows or last minute cancellations directly affect my bottom line.  Don’t schedule if you’re not serious.

If you’re running late.  Don’t run late…Leave early, traffic is pretty congested most days.  Give yourself plenty of time.

Stuff happens and sometimes you will run late (I don’t like it, but I understand)  Call and give me a heads up, and tell the truth. Don’t tell me it’s 10 minutes when you really mean 35 minutes.
