The Nuts and Bolts
- The convenience of Auto-Pay
- You may roll over your wax into the following month if you are unable to receive your monthly treatment within the 30-day billing period. Members are allowed 2 roll-overs per year.
- Month to month you may cancel your membership whenever you feel like it. Once your card is charged for the month, you are unable to retro-cancel.
- There is a $25 set-up admin fee. You will receive a separate invoice for admin fee.
- Please remember that gratuity for your services is not included in your monthly membership fee.
- 24-hour cancellation policy applies. The time is reserved, the wax is warmed, and you have my undivided attention. Please note that if you do not cancel 24 hours before your appointment, this is considered as a no-show and it makes ME very sad and it also risks your reliability rating.
